We rebranded to reflect what the work has become — IoT, AI overlays, real-time analytics — without losing what made the original work last: clean documentation, mature ops, and a team that owns every layer from cable to control surface.
The name changed. The tools changed. The standard didn't.

These aren't talking points. They're structural choices that shape how every job runs, from the first walkthrough to the twentieth firmware update.

Design, install, and ongoing support all live under the same roof. The engineer who specs the system is the engineer the property manager calls in year four. There’s no handoff to a separate division that has to relearn the property.
>Documentation is a deliverable.
Every install ships with as-builts, port maps, certified test results, and a fault log. Not on request — by default. Another contractor could pick up our work tomorrow and not have to start over.

In South Florida, passive resilience matters more than active failover when the power has been out for three days. We design for the conditions that actually happen here — surge, saturation, saltwater, and the long, slow recovery after a named storm.

Patch windows scheduled around your operating hours. Firmware tested on a staging device before it touches a production camera. On-call rotation that’s a person, not a chatbot. The work doesn’t end at commissioning.

Where we work
South Florida home base. National-scale capable.
Our primary service area runs from the Keys north through Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach. That's where the fifteen-year history was built and where the field team is physically based.
For clients with portfolios outside Florida, we run a traveling-lead-tech model: our senior engineer designs the system and oversees commissioning on-site, with a vetted partner-installer network handling the labor under our spec. The operations stack — monitoring, support, documentation — is identical to a local install. The client doesn't see a different company at site three than they saw at site one.
