Recent work.

The deployments below are the kind of work we specialize in: multi-system, multi-environment, often handed to us after another contractor walked. Municipal, marine, mixed-use, multi-tenant. The common thread is that every layer of the stack had to land clean — cable plant, network, edge devices, analytics, support — under one roof.

These three are public. The rest of the portfolio includes work under NDA that we'll discuss in private — government, healthcare, and high-net-worth residential.

Town of Bay Harbor Islands, FL

The challenge

Bay Harbor needed eyes on its public-realm: causeways, parks, parking, and key intersections. Hardwiring every camera back to a head-end was cost-prohibitive and would have meant tearing up streets in a community that doesn’t tolerate that kind of disruption. Worse, the prior approach left isolated camera nodes with no failover — a single backhaul fault took multiple cameras dark for days.

The design

We designed a multi-node wireless mesh with redundant uplink paths back to the command center. Every camera node is reachable through at least two RF paths. Aggregated traffic rides hardened backhauls into a unified command-view at PD. Cameras themselves were specced for the salt environment — coated housings, sealed connectors, dielectric drops where the mesh crossed water-adjacent zones.

The outcome

Three named storms in. No node has dropped. Recovery after Hurricane events that took down commercial power for 48+ hours has been a single power-cycle, not a reinstall. The command-view runs daily, the maintenance overhead is a fraction of the prior system, and the city has a platform it can scale incrementally without re-architecting.

Bud n’ Mary’s Marina — 64-Camera Property Coverage

The challenge

Sixty-plus years of marina operation, expanding services, and growing liability exposure. Existing camera coverage was a patchwork — old analog, mismatched DVRs, and gaps everywhere that mattered: fuel docks, the bait shop, the slip-row tail-ends, and the parking that fills up before dawn on tournament days. Every contractor who had looked at it had bailed on the cabling complexity.

The design

We re-pulled the cable plant from scratch — about 12,000 ft of outdoor-rated Cat6A and a fiber backbone running the property spine. Sixty-four IP cameras designed around specific coverage questions: who pulled up to fuel, what slip a boat returned to, who entered the bait shop and when. Edge recording on the NVR with cloud failover so a single point of catastrophic damage doesn’t take the system off. Saltwater-tolerant housings, sealed glands, and drip loops on every drop.

The outcome

Full property coverage operational across docks, fuel, parking, retail, and slip rows. Ops uses the system daily — not just for incidents, but for daily reconciliation against the slip log. Insurance liability exposure dropped on the renewal. The cable plant is documented end-to-end so any future expansion picks up cleanly.

The challenge

A mid-sized commercial building with revolving tenant access, badge churn that had become a weekly fire, and zero real visibility into traffic flow. Management knew the property had pinch points at peak hours but had no data — only complaints. Reissuing cards every time a tenant moved was eating up admin time and producing a security posture full of holes.

The design

Face + fingerprint biometric readers at six entry points, integrated into a unified access platform with attendance logging. We layered on an on-prem AI analytics module reading the same camera feeds, generating traffic heat-maps by hour and by entry point. Privacy posture stayed clean — analytics ran locally, no faces left the premises, retention policy aligned to the lease language.

The outcome

Badge churn dropped to near-zero — tenants enroll once, not on every credential reissue. The traffic heat-map surfaced two pinch points management had suspected and one nobody had spotted, and informed a real schedule change on cleaning crews and trash pickup. The access logs feed straight into the management platform for compliance review.
